    What to expect:

    – A supportive 1:1 session exploring your current lifestyle, challenges, energy, and goals

    – Personalized strategies grounded in your values, needs, and everyday rhythm

    – Identification of internal and external barriers to change

    – Goal setting and habit-building techniques based on health psychology

    – Tools such as motivational interviewing, psychoeducation, and action planning (e.g. HAPA model)

    – Ongoing support to help you stay consistent and connected to what matters

    This session might be helpful if:

    – you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or out of balance in daily life

    – you want more structure, clarity, or support for self-care – without pressure

    – you’re navigating a life or health transition (e.g. fatigue, pain, burnout, returning to activity)

    – you value a space to reflect, plan, and take intentional steps toward well-being

    This work may also support those navigating:

    – chronic fatigue and emotional exhaustion

    – burnout and stress-related tension

    – low motivation or anhedonia (loss of pleasure)

    – difficulty maintaining structure or self-regulation

    – neurodiverse experiences such as ADHD

    Sessions are adapted to your unique rhythm, needs, and energy – with calm, practical guidance and no pressure.

    This support can be arranged as:

    – a one-time consultation

    – regular weekly or bi-weekly sessions

    – a short-term program with a clear focus and number of meetings

    We’ll choose a structure that fits your goals, energy, and pace.
